3900x idle voltage

Anyway, I installed those as well just to see if it made a difference and after, I wasn't using the PC for a bit and it went into sleep mode (windows balanced energy thing). Switching to Windows Balanced will reduce idle by another 7W, not sure if that's worth it for losing some Zen2 features.2.) reinstall it all and test please.
